I remember walking in the snow on Christmas Eve in a small village in Switzerland, I could hear choral music all around me from the nearby churches. The snow fell gently and silently. I carry that happy memory with me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a global pandemic, it can be hard to find peace in simple moments when you know the world outside is burning. Yet, somehow you manage to find stillness in yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to advise people against consumerist tendencies during the holidays. The people around the tree are more important than what\u2019s underneath it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My hope for this world is that we don\u2019t wait until the holidays to be a kind and giving person. That we extend the spirit we feel during this season, and use it all year round. I hope you and the rest of your friends and family are staying safe and warm this holiday season. What are some of your favorite traditions to celebrate? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
